On 25th of April, a comprehensive cooperation agreement signing ceremony was held between JSFT and COSCO shipping logistics and supply chain management Co., Ltd. Yang Li, the president and the deputy party secretary of the group, as well as Gao Wei, member of the party committee and deputy general manager of COSCO shipping logistics and supply chain management Co., Ltd. witnessed the signing.

Zhang Qiang, deputy secretary of the general party branch and deputy general manager of JSFT, as well as Xu Wei, deputy general manager of shipping agency division of COSCO shipping logistics and supply chain management Co., Ltd. signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of both sides.

Li Juqiang, secretary of the general party branch, chairman and general manager of JSFT welcomed the visit of Gao Wei and his party. Li Juqiang introduced the development history, main business and corporate culture of JSFT in details, reviewed the business cooperation between the two sides since 2022, and indicated the intention of further cooperation on the expansion of the company’s main business and the development of overseas markets.

Gao Wei introduced the history evolution and the general situation of the COSCO shipping logistics in details, and explained the business structure of each division and region around the cooperation between the two sides. Gao Wei expressed that COSCO shipping logistics will create more value for customers with an open attitude, and actively promote the cooperation with JSFT by building overseas and national intermodality and creating the new mode of bulk commodity logistics supply.

Yang Li welcomed the arrival of Gao Wei and his delegation. Yang Li introduced the development history of JOC and its six business sectors of international trade, chemical warehousing and logistics, overseas investment, international railway, green food and financial service, focusing on the ‘two high points’ positioning of the group during the ‘the 14th five-year plan’ and the state of operation in recent years. Yang Li pointed out that since the group and COSCO shipping organized the provincial China-Europe railway express platform, the two sides have enhanced the mutual trust constantly, made fruitful achievement in the fields of import declaration, warehousing and logistics of bulk commodities. He also looked forward to further deepening the cooperation in the future development.

Gao Wei and his delegation visited the company’s main product display area and the exhibition hall of corporate culture.
